  • Online therapy is a way to access professional counselling or psychotherapy via secure video calls. It offers the same level of confidentiality, support, and professionalism as in-person sessions but with the convenience of joining from home.

  • Once you book an appointment, you’ll receive a secure video link. At the scheduled time, you log in from your computer, tablet, or smartphone. All sessions are private and encrypted to ensure confidentiality.

  • Yes. Research shows that online therapy can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy for many issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and stress (Backhaus et al., 2012).

  • I work with clients experiencing a range of challenges, including:

    • Stress

    • Depression and low mood

    • Relationship and co-parenting issues

    • Loneliness

    • Low self-esteem

    • Life transitions

    • Imposter Syndrome

    If you’re unsure whether therapy is right for your situation, please don't hesitate to reach out for an informal discussion.

  • Sessions usually last 50 minutes. Longer or shorter sessions can sometimes be arranged depending on your needs.

  • Fees are £55 per session. Concessions may be available for students or individuals experiencing financial difficulty. Payment is typically made by bank transfer prior to the session.

  • Yes. Everything you share is treated in strict confidence, in line with professional ethical guidelines. The only exception is if there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others, in which case I may need to share information to ensure your safety.

  • No. All you need is a stable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone. A secure link will be provided to you—no downloads required.

  • If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
